What you're buying

A single, one-time unlock of the full Risky User Analyzer report for one Microsoft 365 user account you (or your organization) already scanned. There is no subscription: each report is its own separate purchase, priced per scan, not per user or per month.

Price & payment

The price shown at checkout is what you pay, in your chosen currency (USD, EUR, or GBP), VAT included where applicable. Payment is handled entirely by Mollie B.V., a licensed EU payment service provider; we never see or store your card or bank details. An invoice is emailed to the address you provide once payment is confirmed.

Delivery

The report unlocks immediately once Mollie confirms your payment, no waiting period. It stays accessible for a limited time after your scan (see our privacy policy for the exact window); save or export what you need while it's available.

Refunds & right of withdrawal

Because the report is digital content delivered to you immediately after payment, at your request, EU consumer law's standard 14-day withdrawal period does not apply once delivery has started. This is the same exception used by most instant-download digital products.

That said: if the report failed to generate, is clearly wrong (e.g. doesn't match the account you paid to unlock), or a payment was taken without a report ever unlocking, email us at info@tenantwizards.com with your payment reference. We'll investigate and refund in full where something genuinely went wrong on our end.

What the report is, and isn't

Risky User Analyzer surfaces signals from your Microsoft 365 tenant's own data (sign-in logs, MFA status, mailbox rules, and similar) that commonly indicate account risk or compromise. It's a diagnostic aid, not a guarantee: a clean report doesn't prove an account was never compromised, and a flagged finding doesn't prove it was. Findings should be reviewed and investigated in context, not acted on blindly.

Liability

We provide Risky User Analyzer as-is and aim for accuracy, but can't guarantee the report is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by Dutch law, our liability for any single purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that report.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in your own country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The date at the top reflects the latest version; changes apply to purchases made after that date.
